To start, there’s a kickoff call with an advisor from our team. No matter who you work with from the Summer 365 team, they’ll have first-hand knowledge of our incredible network of summer camps and programs. They’ll also address your camp or program criteria including budget, location, session length, your child’s interests, and any questions or concerns you may have.

After we get acquainted, we’ll use the important information gathered from the initial consultation to curate a customized list of sleepaway camps and/or overnight summer programs that we send straight to your inbox. With so many options out there, quality over quantity is key!

Check your mailbox.

The camps and programs we recommend based on your preferences will send friendly introductions, as well as their brochures and/or videos directly to your mailbox
(the virtual one and the one in your front yard). You will also get access to Summer 365’s proprietary research and due diligence to help with your own exploration.

Whether you need clarification on the differences between a summer camp and a summer program, assistance narrowing down your list, or planning home visits and camp tours—we’re here for you at every step. Along the way, we’ll send valuable resources, plus provide guidance via phone, email, or video conference.
